Hosted PBX Service

Luxon's IP PBX service offers all the features of a regular PBX, such as auto-attendant and call transfer, plus unified messaging and conference bridge, for a low monthly fee of just $15.00 per phone. This is ideal for corporations with multiple locations or satellite offices, as well as small or home-based businesses that do not want to spend all of their budget on an expensive PBX system. Each employee, regardless of their office location, will be assigned an extension and voicemail box. From the IP phone on their desks, they can call any other employee by dialing a four-digit extension. All internal calls are free, even if the offices are located in different countries.

With unified messaging, employees can have calls automatically forwarded to their cell phones or home phones when they are not in the office. Their office phone numbers or extensions are also portable, an employee can log into any IP phone and change the extension hosted by that phone. For example when he is visiting a branch office, he can sit at any desk and change the phone's extension to his own. All calls to his regular extension will ring at the new location, and he can check his voicemail by pressing the message button on the phone.

Local numbers for incoming calls (DID) are available in most area.

Voicemail and Conferencing Service

If you just need a voicemail box to receive messages, or a conferencing service (conference bridge), we can provide these as well. A voicemail box is $5 per month. Conferencing service is billed at 2 cents per minute per participant. No hardware is required to use these services.

Domestic and Internationl Long-distance Service

Business and residential customers that do not need a PBX, can use our long-distance service for a low monthly rate of $5.99. In addition to free calls to other members, you can call a regular (PSTN) phone for as low as 4 cents/minute. That includes any phones in the continental U.S.A., Canada, China, Singapore, and fixed-line phones in many European countries. Rates to other countries are higher.

Toll-free numbers are available for inbound calls to your IP phone at $15/month, plus 5.0 cents/minute for calls originating from the lower 48 states. The rate for calls originating from Alaska is 26 cents/minute, and from Hawaii it is 12 cents/minute. A surcharge of 65 cents per call will be added for calls made from a payphone.

If you experience unacceptable voice degradation or busy signal for any period of time, we will prorate your monthly fee and refund your money for that period. However we are not responsible for any problems resulted from network outage, or downtime caused by natural disaster, war, or terrorism.
